INFORMATION


Get your cardio and muscle-toning workout all in ONE class! After the warm up and stretch, alternate for 3 to 5 minute intervals of step training and then muscle toning. You may use hand weights, Pilates rings, resist-a-ball or just your own resistance. There’s also floor work for yours abs.

Intensity Level: Moderate.
